Ham Salad

(yield:   25)

ingredients:
1-3/4 lbs. ham (cooked)
2 c. celery
1 c. pickle relish
6 eggs (hard cooked)
2 c. mayonnaise

procedure:
1. grind ham.
2. dice celery very fine.
3. chop eggs.
4. blend all ingredients.
